    Katy is an Associate Principal and the Leader of the TSW Tulsa, Oklahoma office. Katy is a member of the Cherokee Nation, a native Oklahoman, and has a combined 17 years of project experience working as a Landscape Architect and Urban Planner throughout Oklahoma, Utah, Arkansas, and Texas. She is a licensed Landscape Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional and uses that knowledge to guide projects toward economic, social, and environmentally sustainable solutions. Katy brings a strong background in the areas of long range planning, urban design, master planning, land use regulations, and the development of design standards, guidelines, design overlays, and form-based codes. Her experience in community outreach, public facilitation, and the regulation development adoption process ensures project work is collaborative, vetted, and reflective of community values.

    Jill Ferenc, AICP is a seasoned community planner and project manager based in TSW’s Tulsa office, with over 15 years of experience leading complex planning and community outreach efforts. She brings deep expertise in comprehensive planning, community engagement, and policy implementation, grounded in her background in both public- and private-sector leadership. Her passion lies in helping communities shape policies that improve quality of life and reflect local values.

    Bert Kuyrkendall is a Senior Associate at TSW with over 25 years of experience blending transportation planning and engineering to shape livable, connected communities. He brings deep expertise in subdivision regulations, infrastructure planning, and multimodal design, with a focus on creating development standards that are both functional and people-centered. Bert’s work is grounded in implementation, drawing on experience with design, budgeting, and public engagement to ensure subdivision standards support long-term community goals.

    Thomas is a Founding Principal at TSW and leads projects in TSW’s Planning and Landscape Architecture Studios. His extensive design and planning background includes designing downtowns, transportation corridors, parks and recreation projects, and college and university planning projects. For over 50 years, Tom has been part of workshop teams and has facilitated over 100 workshops throughout the United States. Tom served on the original Kirkpatrick Heights/Greenwood Master plan team as the lead urban designer for The Core site plan alternatives and facilitated several community and youth workshops as part of the project.
